This brand-new hotel is in the up-and-coming Channelside District of downtown Tampa. From breathtaking entry ways, to stunning views, this is a must stay destination in Tampa. The IFDT worked on the developing the stunning bar in the atrium of the hotel, as well as the full development of the kitchen and rooftop bar.

This is an exclusive resort on the Island of Antigua that supports a little over 100 rooms and villas. It was originally opened in 1988. The resort was hit hard in 2017 by Hurricane Irma, destroying much of the facility. The IFDT worked hard to assist in bringing back this high-level resort. The primary areas of our service were the Pimms and Spice Restaurant, Cips by Cipriani, the Main support kitchen and the Lobby and Beach Bars.

This building was originally a convention center and was gutted to create the 13,000 square foot restaurant. Included in this design is a 150-seat bar area that can be enjoyed both indoors and outdoors. The kitchen design itself was kept behind the scenes to allow guests to fully engulf themselves into an underwater experience. Throughout the dining area, the circular and wave-like features help to portray the concept of what life is like at sea.

Saba Rock is a 1-acre island located at the Northeast end of the British Virgin Islands. After the devastating effects of Hurricane Irma in 2017, IFDT was contacted by a repeat client seeking help to rebuild the Saba Rock property. Prior to the hurricane, Saba Rock foodservice consisted of a simple 400 square foot grill kitchen tucked in one corner of this concrete bunker of a building. With the tremendous damage done came a tremendous opportunity to upgrade the food & beverage program.
