March Visit to Middleby
In March, our team had the opportunity to receive hands-on training with the Middleby Manufacturing Group and get up close and personal with the equipment we share with our customers every day. From learning even more about what we currently stock, to being shown what’s soon to come, our Middleby visit is one that we will not forget.
“The effort the Middleby team put forth for this event, and others that were going on at the same time, was incredible! [We were amazed by] the organization, talented chefs that came in from different parts of the country, and presentations that were so pleasing you almost don’t want to eat them, but enjoy them,” Steven Tournas, IFG Regional Manager, said.
“The attention to detail in so many areas of their service and making us feel, “At home and VIP”, was incredible. We learned so much about the different pieces of the Middleby brands that will help us going forward as well as new relationships within one of our best partners.”
IFG has worked with the Middleby Group for more than twenty years and is thankful for the relationship and support that has been built through this partnership.
Brett Hayes, IFG Regional Manager, also expressed his takeaway from the visit.
“The Middleby visit was fantastic,” Hayes said.
“From the moment we arrived at the facility we were treated like VIPs. Not only the MIK staff, but everyone from the Middleby Group was genuinely interested in making sure we had a positive experience. We were able to learn about and interact with existing equipment as well as new equipment coming soon. The program itself will help us with our current and future customer’s needs.”
